Replacement / Exchange Policy
According to our policy, a replacement or exchange can be made within five business days following the service or product delivery. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide a replacement or exchange once five working days have gone by since your delivery.
Eligibility Criteria for Replacement / Exchange:
- Service/Product Defect: There must be a glaring issue with the quality of the product or service (e.g., technical deployment difficulties, a malfunctioning SMS distribution system, or a poor hosting configuration).
- No Unauthorized Usage: No software, licenses, web templates, SMS credits, or other services or goods may be used, installed, activated, downloaded, or registered.
- Original Condition: All products, whether digital or physical, must be returned in their original shape, unused, undamaged, and with all relevant files and documentation (if any).
- Proof of Purchase: You must present a legitimate CODETREE invoice, receipt, or order confirmation.
- Serial/Activation Codes: Original license keys or activation information for digital products or licensed software must be undamaged and unused.
Non-Eligible Items for Replacement or Exchange
- Finished web development projects or software modifications following final client clearance.
- Utilized domain registrations or activated hosting accounts.
- SMS credits and packages that were activated.
- Digital deliverables that can be accessed or downloaded, such as software, templates, or digital marketing materials.
- Consultation, one-time setup, or implementation services offered.
- Tailored IT solutions according to the needs of each client.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available in certain situations:
- A CODETREE-confirmed fault that prevents the promised service from being provided.
- There is no way to fix a product or service that does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
Procedure:
After receiving your request for a return or refund, we will examine the information and might ask for more information. If your refund is approved or denied, you will receive an email from us to let you know. Refunds will be granted within ( 7-10 working days ) if authorized.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will only be made through bank transfers or mobile financial services (e.g., bKash, Nagad).
- We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
- Services that were partially delivered but stopped because of confirmed technical problems brought on by CODETREE, may partial reimbursements be issued.
- The client consents to accept small mistakes in exchange for payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank or mobile banking account again if you haven't gotten your return yet.
- Then, get in touch with your bank or card provider; occasionally, processing delays happen.
- Please email us at codetreebd@gmail.com if you have completed all of these steps and have not yet received your refund.
Exchanges
We only offer replacements for goods or services that are flawed or misrepresented.
- In the event of an exchange, the replacement must be of equal value or at the same service level.
- It is not permitted to downgrade to less valuable services.
- Any upgrades will necessitate a further payment adjustment.
- Customized solutions or pre-ordered services cannot be returned.
Gifts and Promotional Items
Any authorized return of a service or product that was identified as a gift at the time of purchase will be issued as a gift voucher that can be used at CODETREE in the future. The original buyer will receive a refund if the item was not marked as a gift.
Shipping (For Physical Items Only)
Before returning any items, please send us an email at codetreebd@gmail.com if your service includes a deliverable physical product (such as software media, certificates, or hardware integrations).
- If you decide to return the item, you will be liable for the shipping charges unless CODETREE made the mistake.
- The cost of shipping is not refundable.
- Depending on where you live, return processing times can change.
